Consultation has concluded
Alberta students need a new curriculum, as much of the current curriculum is 25-30 years old. More than a decade ago, Alberta Education began revising and updating the curriculum. This resulted in a new draft, which we were ready to pilot. However, in 2020 the current Alberta government initiated a new curriculum review. School divisions were minimally involved in drafting and reviewing the curriculum. After reviewing this draft, and given the current pandemic situation, we declined to pilot it this year.
We are now gathering input from staff, parents and stakeholders regarding the March 2021 draft curriculum. We will provide a report on this survey to Alberta Education.
THIS SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED. Thank you to everyone who provided their input.

We're in the process of consolidating written-answer responses and will share those results as soon as we can. Until then, here are the results of the multiple-choice questions.
